Established on 2067/08/07 B.S. as a private company and later transformed into a public company on 2079/03/30 B.S., the company reflects strong growth, transparency, and long-term vision.

We are a hydropower developer focused on harnessing Nepal’s rich water resources responsibly. Our foundation is built on sustainable energy generation, engineering excellence, financial discipline, and long-term stakeholder value.

Licensed by the Ministry of Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation, the company holds a generation license valid from 2075/12/26 B.S. to 2110/12/25 B.S., ensuring long-term operational stability.

We have also signed a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with the Nepal Electricity Authority on 2074/12/27 B.S., securing a stable revenue framework.
